Abstract

The application of innovative chemistry in the treatments of acidification of the womb, he reestablishes the productivity in many formations damaged of an efficacious mode from the point of view of his costs. It is due to this important having a wide range of acid formulations to the optimization of the elimination of the damage to the formation,  minimizing the formation of precipitated harmful. Different
studies of laboratory and farm tests, they have confirmed that I join of primary causes of damages the formation that they provoke a fall of pressure, they are due to the precipitation of scales of carbonates of calcium, either during the perforation or in close formations to the well. The conventional treatments with acids can dissolve these scales but the re-precipitation of the same as from the worn-out acid would be able to cause again a fast decline of productivity. The treatment of removal of scales with the acid Na2H2 ethylendiaminetetracetic has been developed by different authors, showing great effectiveness
in the dissolution of scales and quelation of metallic dissolved ions. The quelation of dissolved scales
prevents the re-precipitation of the same. The present work has like fundamental objective: A chemical host formulation’s, in order to eliminate damages to the formation, for the precipitation of scales of calcium
carbonate. Studies accomplished at the Center Oil Research laboratories, they permitted obtaining a first
formulation, compatible with the rest of the additives that are used in acid traditional formulations. The analytical determinations confirmed a formulation with moral values of pH in the range in the than the agent the quelatante has its bigger stability. First tests at field will permit future studies optimizing the proposed formulation.
Keywords: scales, carbonates of calcium, acid formulations, formations damaged.
