VALIDACIÓN DEL MÉTODO DEL SULFATO DE BRUCINA PARA LA DETERMINACIÓN DE NITRÓGENO FORMA DE NITRATO EN AGUAS SUPERFICIALES
Abstract
The investigation that is presented was developed in the laboratories of the Applied Chemistry of Study Center of the Granma University and of the Academic Studies Center about Environmental Contamination of the Querétaro Autonomous University of Mexico. This begins with a documental study where it takes as main sources the database Analytical Abstracts of the Royal Society Chemistry in the period 1980-2009 and the Manual of Normalized Methods for analysis of drinkable and residual waters that allowed to select the most appropriate methods for the nitrogen determination in nitrate form (NO3 -) in water samples of the Bayamo river, taking as reference parameters: Required analytic technology, Costs, Productivity, analytic Properties and environmental Impact. Once selected the method, you proceeded to the validation on the base of: work interval, detection Limit and quantification, repetibility, reproducibility and accuracy. As a result main a reliable analytic methodology is obtained forthe nitrogen determination in nitrate form (N - NO3 -) in surface bodies of water, being recommended its application in the laboratories of Hydraulic Resources.
Keywords: validation of analytic methods, nitrogen in nitrate form.
