Abstract

In this paper, an evaluation of the influence of hematocrit in the preparation of samples of packed red cells and hemoglobin solution to find the relationship of the parameters that characterize the primary molecular process with the clinical assessment and common therapeutic procedures. However, in work which are measured and compared the relaxation times in packs of erythrocytes of patients with sickle cell anemia and healthy individuals do not clear the influence and contribution of hematocrit to the relaxation times, which is our problem as to accurately assess the range of values characteristic relaxation times of healthy individuals, we must standardize the parameters for sample preparation in which controls
the pH, temperature, purity of the sample, not and hematocrit which influences not only the relaxation
times of the package of erythrocytes, but also in samples of Hb solutions. In general we know the ratio of molecular weights of proteins with different relaxation times and relationships because of its concentration then there must be a relationship between the density of a solution of hemoglobin and erythrocyte pack accordingly and we assume to be indirect correlation to exist with the relaxation times being this aspect of our working hypothesis.
Keywords: sickle cell anemia or sickle cell, hematocrit, erythrocyte.
