Síntesis biológica de nanopartículas de plata: revisión del uso potencial de la especie Trichoderma

Resumen

Entre las nanopartículas metálicas más usadas están las sintetizadas a partir de iones plata, por lo que el estudio de sus métodos de síntesis es esencial en el desarrollo de la nanotecnología. La síntesis biogénica de nanopartículas con metabolitos procedentes de extractos de plantas, hongos y bacterias es considerada un método sustentable y amigable con el medio ambiente. En este trabajo se realiza un estudio del estado del arte sobre la síntesis biológica de nanopartículas de plata empleando bacterias, plantas y hongos, y en particular la especie Trichoderma. Los resultados obtenidos de la revisión realizada muestran que las nanopartículas producidas con Trichoderma presentan morfología esférica, gran uniformidad, una distribución de tamaño entre 6-60 nm y estabilidad. Se precisa de una metodología que permita definir los parámetros óptimos para la obtención a mayor escala de estas nanopartículas.
