Acoplamiento molecular de compuestos fenólicos de Pleurotus ostreatus con proteínas del balance redox

Abstract

Pleurotus sp es un género de hongos superiores, ampliamente distribuido a nivel mundial e incluye especies comestibles-medicinales de importancia económica. Dentro de este género se encuentra la especie Pleurotus ostreatus, la cual presenta diferentes propiedades biológicas con alto potencial para el tratamiento de enfermedades crónicas no trasmisibles que en la actualidad constituyen un serio problema de salud. En el presente trabajo se realiza la evaluación de la interacción entre los fenoles reportados para la especie Pleurotus ostreatus con proteínas del balance redox. A través de un docking molecular, con el programa Autodock y la base de datos de proteínas (PDB), se utilizaron trece fenoles y tres proteínas del balance redox (NFkB, NADPH –oxidasa y la COX-2), para visualizar el grado de afinidad entre estos y predecir sus mejores acoplamientos. Los resultaron mostraron valores adecuados de ∆G, Ki con las interacciones para la quercetina y catequina.
